Are you a natural light photographer that’s afraid of ruining your photo with a flash? I was too. See how you can get beautiful exposure using flash in portrait photography.
All of us basically start out using just natural lighting. That golden hour light can’t compare but what about when you want to shoot the sunset and your subject? You either get a blown out background and well lit subject or well lit background and blown out subject.

Using a flash in your portrait photography will give you the well exposed background and subject for anytime you want to keep lit that scenery! What you’ve got to do set your camera to expose for the background then bring in an off camera flash and light the subject with that! Keep the drama in the your scenery and get a well light portrait in one!
