Capturing all the deliciousness in gourmet food photography.

You may have seen my poster earlier about appetizers and desserts but this is slightly different. While appetizers, entrees, and desserts are all food, I think that photographing entrees is more of capturing the essence of the food itself. I did my best in this shoot to portray why this food is delicious. To shoot gourmet food photography, I was taught you want to get in close to see the textures of the sauce, the fresh crispy leaves, and the juice from the steak.  As a photographer you want this food to look as appealing as possible. The craft to capture here is the food itself, hence the gourmet food photography!
