The hardest part about photographing appetizers and sweet treats is not eating them while you photograph.

I’m sorry to say this is not a food blog therefore I have no recipes to the pictures I will be posting!

I love food so this was terribly hard to have patience and wait till I got the lighting and composition right to eat it. These appetizers were prepared by and at The Lift restaurant in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Not only did the food look great but it also tasted great. One of the major tips I learned from this shoot was the importance of the artistry behind the food itself and the presentation on the plate. From the crispiness of the rolls to the drizzled chocolate syrup on the plate. This is what I tried to focus on mainly. When photographing these sweet treats and appetizers I tried to pick out the touches the chef had added and capturing the enticing details.
